SaaS Platform Manager

Transform the world of HR and Payroll with Popay – We are looking for a SaaS Platform Manager!

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a team passionate about delivering outstanding software solutions.

Beyond technical expertise, you will lead projects for upgrading system components within an operational context, coordinating with development team and overseeing third-party administrators, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with ISO27001 standards.

You'll not only maintain our systems but also contribute to the development of new features and services that help our customers grow and evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

• SaaS Platform Management:

Oversee daily operations of the popay.hr SaaS platform.

Lead and guide upgrades, patches, considering ongoing development and customer operations.

Collaborate closely with the third-party administration team for effective system and database management.

• Project Management:

Develop and execute project plans for upgrading system components in an operational context.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, set milestones, and ensure timely project delivery.

Provide clear communication and updates on project progress to stakeholders.

• Security Management:

Implement and manage continuous system security hardening processes.

Conduct regular penetration tests to identify and address security vulnerabilities.

Respond to security assessments for prospects and address security-related inquiries.

Establish and enforce security measures to ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards.

• Application Management:

Integrate internal systems seamlessly with the popay.hr platform.

Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers.

Coordinate efforts to streamline user management and integration processes.

• Compliance:

Establish and maintain processes to ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards.

Work closely with internal teams to implement necessary security controls and measures.

Regularly update and document compliance procedures and protocols.

Profile

• Is a rock when it comes to managing IT systems.
• Can manage the SaaS platform as if it were an extension of themselves.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent by experience.
• Proven experience in system administration and SaaS platform management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to guide upgrades in an operational context.
• Knowledge of Oracle OCI, Oracle Database, and Oracle Apex.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
• Understanding of security best practices, penetration testing, and risk management.
• Familiarity with ISO27001 standards and experience implementing compliance measures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Language Requirements:

• English (Mandatory):

Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement for effective communication within our international team and with clients.

• French (Optional, but a Plus):

Knowledge of French is considered an advantageous skill, providing an extra layer of communication capability.
