HR Software Consultant
Function
As an HR Software Consultant, you will join our international team and implement our HR & Payroll software across Africa. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, setting up the software for our customers and ensuring that the system runs smoothly and efficiently.
What would you do as a HR Software Consultant at Popay?
- Understand customer HR challenges and requirements
- Configure the software as per the customer's requirements;
- Oversee data migration;
- Design customer specific reporting, workflows and processes;
- Perform internal tests of the customer solution;
- Assist in ensuring full compliance of the HR system and in particular the payroll;
- Maintain the security and integrity of client database by setting access controls, keeping their information confidential;
- Provide system training to HR and non-HR users;
- Provide customer support after go-live;
- Act as the first point of contact for resolution of queries and issues related to the use of HR & Payroll Modules;
- Participate in the design and testing of our online HR & Payroll platform.
Profile
- BSc/ BA in Computer Science or any other related field;
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position;
- Experience with HR & Payroll software: workforce administration, time management, payroll, time management, analytics;
- Payroll implementation experience will be a strong advantage;
- Knowledge of French will be an advantage;
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure; and
- Resourceful and a problem solver.

- Fluent in English (oral and written);
