Function
As a Sales Manager for HR & Payroll SaaS and Services at Popay, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our innovative HR and payroll solutions.
This role involves building and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored SaaS and service solutions.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of HR and payroll technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR and payroll SaaS and services sector.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and challenges to provide customized SaaS and service solutions.
- Product and Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on HR and payroll industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Popay's SaaS and service portfolio.
- Sales Presentations and Demos:
Conduct engaging and informative presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of Popay's HR and payroll solutions.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance offerings and address client needs.
Provide feedback from the field to contribute to product development and improvement.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Profile
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to independently propel our offering to new heights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR and payroll SaaS and services.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll technologies and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Industry certifications related to sales or HR technology.
