Strategic HR Consultant

Function

About the Role: As a Strategic HR Consultant, you will be responsible for transforming our clients’ human resources into a strategic asset. As an expert in human resource information system (HRIS) projects and advisor on optimal HR practices, you will help our clients turn their HR operations into a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultations on the best HR practices to help clients optimize their HR processes and tools.
  • Offer strategic advice on HR management, including talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Analyze clients’ HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and develop tailored optimization strategies.
  • Lead HRIS projects for our clients, ensuring they are aligned with their strategic goals and operational requirements.
  • Support clients through significant HR transformations, including organizational restructuring and change management.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all HR-related matters.
  • Stay informed of the latest HR technologies and strategic approaches to advise clients on innovative solutions.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Proven analytical, strategic thinking, and consulting skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Affinity with HRIS tooling is a must.
  • Advanced experience with HRIS applications is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in managing HRIS projects and/or providing HR consulting services.

Language

Language Skills:

  • Excellent proficiency in Dutch or French.
  • Professional proficiency in English and the second national language (French or Dutch).
